Historic 18th Century Farmhouse

Meticulously restored period architecture; lovingly refreshed coastal farmhouse style.

We’ve taken great care to preserve the home’s history, while introducing modern comforts. In the process, we have tried to cultivate a feeling of understated elegance and quiet luxury. The house has 8 bedrooms (for up to 16 guests) with plenty of natural light and beautiful views of the water and gardens. Other interior spaces include a chef’s kitchen, breakfast room, formal dining room, parlor and study. You’ll find artwork by Maine artists like painter Allen Bunker, who currently has an exhibit on display throughout the house, painter Ann Sklar, and local Phippsburg sculptor Michael Fleming, who crafted the parlor’s coffee table with driftwood from Popham Beach’s shore.
